We will remit taxes and filings on your behalf as part of the Service. If a late filing or penalty occurs due to our error, we will cover the penalty.
3. Fees and Payment
Service fees are outlined in your service agreement.
Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed billing schedule.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
4. Compliance
You remain responsible for compliance with applicable labor, tax, and employment laws.
Our Services are designed to assist in compliance but do not constitute legal or tax advice. For specific legal or tax matters, you should consult with your attorney or CPA.

Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
